Shipping policy

Q. How long does processing and shipping take?

We begin to process your order once funds have cleared both financial institutions. Shipping takes 5-7 BUSINESS days. (10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times).

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
Every purchase is a final sale. However, we will review your request to cancel order. We ask that you submit that request via email at shopezekiellondyn@gmail.com. The final decision can take up to 3 business days.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at shopezekiellondyn@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products. 

We do not accept any open products for safety and sanitary reasons.

Q. My item was stolen, how can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. With Porch Pirating at an ultimate high, we recommend that you set up a safe and secure delivery location.

Q. I gave an incorrect address, can I get a refund?
We understand mistakes happen. However, if you provide an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. Please make sure that you double-check your address, including the zip code.

Q. What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped USPS ONLY.

Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender? 

Once your order is returned to back to Ezekiel Londyn, we will contact you via email and by phone and text (if number is provided) to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to be reshipped, you must pay the reshipping fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
We are currently setting this service up.

Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Shop Ezekiel Londyn and Ezekiel Londyn. 

In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Q. It has been declared a natural disaster or catastrophe in my area, what will happen to my shipment?

Ezekiel Londyn and all employees first want to extend our prayers to you and your loved ones during this time. We know that your purchase is the furthest thing from your mind as you seek safety and recover. We will provide you with several options should this become your situation. We pay attention to the news and if your order is in one of those areas, we will reach out to you and allow you the option of either us holding on to your paid purchase, sending it to a new location, free of charge or refunding you your full purchase to help you during this time.
